3 Hour Private Coaching


3 hour coaching session with one of the Fitness Brain team.

Coaching sessions will be arranged via email and take place over Microsoft Teams. Microphone and/or webcam required.



3 hours of private coaching on one of the following topics:

  • Physical training plans
  • Mental Health Check-in
  • Goal/Aspiration Planning
  • Nutrition Evaluation/Planning
  • Weight Loss Planning

Each session will be guided by your own needs and will be personalised to your goals.

Sessions will be split in to 1 hour sessions.
