In our view, it does.

I’ve been trying Longevity Supergreens for a little while now and it’s up there when compared to the other supergreens supplements I’ve tried.

Longevity Supergreens packs in a substantial list of 100 ingredients with no fillers or junk. The powder contains a great mix of vitamins and minerals, a solid superfood greens blend, antioxidants, digestive enzymes and probiotics. It’s got it all going on.

The benefits to you come thick and fast in terms of long-term general health, daily energy and wellbeing, plus support for brain performance.

While Longevity Supergreens boasts an impressive list of ingredients and benefits, it’s still important to dig into the details, composition, dosage levels and effectiveness to make sure it’s a worthwhile supplement for you. Let’s get to it.

Quick Verdict: Longevity Stack Supergreens

longevity supergreens

Longevity Stack Supergreens is a good-quality supplement aiming to promote overall wellness and long-term health.

With any good superfood or supergreens powder, you’re looking at two things really: ingredient profile and taste. If any of these two aspects are not performing, you probably won’t be adding the product to your basket again.

With Longevity Supergreens, both the ingredient profile and taste are very good.

The formulation of Longevity Stack Supergreens contains a variety of power-packed greens such as spinach, kelp, broccoli and spirulina. Your body thrives off these nutrient-dense greens, which work together to support various aspects of health.

You can be sure that your digestion, energy levels and mental clarity will all be helped with Longevity Supergreens. The addition of probiotics and a very good dose of digestive enzymes make this supergreens supplement much kinder on your stomach than other formulas.

In terms of taste, the Longevity Stack Supergreens does the job really. It’s not perfect, but you get a pleasant, planty taste with a hint of minty lemon. The texture is smooth and mixes into a good consistency.

I’ve been impressed with Longevity Supergreens. It’s certainly one of the better supergreen supplements in my book. So, if you’re looking for a good-quality, health-focused daily superfoods drink at a decent price, it’s worth giving Longevity a go.

Longevity Supergreens Ingredient Profile

Talking of ingredients, let’s jump into the full profile of Longevity Supergreens. This is where the good stuff is after all.

Firstly, it’s worth pointing out that Longevity Box (the company behind Longevity Supergreens) state they have a zero-tolerance policy for additives, preservatives, fillers or binders in their products. This is good to know.

The Longevity Supergreens powder is also free from animal byproducts, dairy, dextrose, GMOs and sucrose.

Now onto the ingredients themselves. 100 is a lot to look at, but we’ll give you a good overview here.

The Supergreens Ingredients

The main component of Longevity Supergreens is the ‘alkaline, nutrient-dense raw superfood complex’. To me and you, this is the supergreens blend.

With each 10g serving, this greens complex makes up just over 3.6g. This blend includes nutrient-dense foods like spinach, spirulina and purple cabbage. You’ll also get the powder of fruits and other good foods such as apple, blueberry, pineapple, acerola cherry, sea buckthorn and papaya.

Antioxidants and Herbal Extracts

The Longevity Supergreens drink also incorporates a variety of herbal extracts and antioxidants to help protect the body against oxidative stress and support the immune system. These ingredients include curcumin, goji berry, dandelion, ashwagandha and grapeseed extract.

As the formula is aimed at long-lasting health, Longevity Supergreens have cleverly included ingredients to help with joint and skin care and brain health. We’re talking about chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, as well as important amino acids like glutamine and l-theanine and glucosamine sulfate.

Digestion and Gut Health

Finally, we have the ingredients that help with digestion and gut health.

The probiotic and prebiotic blend of Bifidobacterium bifidum and Stereptococcus thermophilus are helpful bacteria that help maintain a healthy gut microbiome, which is vital for good digestion. It also helps limit side effects such as bloating and unwanted wind!

To me, this ingredient profile looks very solid indeed. The only downside is that you can’t see the actual quantity and dosage of each ingredient within the blend. For example, Longevity just gives the overall figure of 3,684mg for the supergreens complex, which actually includes 24 ingredients. It would be great to see a full breakdown here.

Longevity Supergreens vs Athletic Greens AG1

Let’s compare Longevity Supergreens to one of the big supergreens players on the market, Athletic Green’s AG1.

Both products aim to boost the necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients to support a healthy lifestyle, but there are differences in their formulations.

AG1 contains a substantial 75 active ingredients, but Longevity Supergreens has surpassed that with 100.

It’s not all about the outright number though, it’s key to look at dosing too. You could have all the ingredients in the world in there, but if they’re not dosed correctly, they won’t be doing much for your health.

Longevity Supergreens has better dosing for many of the ingredients it shares in common with AG1. For example, Longevity Supergreens has much higher dosages in the vitamins and minerals section, and has a bumper dosing of digestive enzymes. This is why it’s great on the stomach compared to other supergreens supplements.

That said, Athletic Greens AG1 has double the amount of supergreens, classified under the ‘Alkaline, Nutrient-Dense Raw superfood complex’ section.

For every 12g scoop of AG1, you’re getting almost 7.4g of supergreens. Compare this to Longevity Supergreens, where you get almost 3.7g of supergreens for every 10g scoop. If we put that into percentages, AG1 gives you 62% of supergreens per serving, whilst Longevity only gives you 37% of supergreens per serving.

This isn’t to say that Longevity is poor, but it’s a hands-down victory for Athletic Greens. It’s also probably why AG1 is much more expensive.

Ease of Use

Longevity Supergreens offers a simple and convenient option for those looking to incorporate a super greens supplement into their daily routine.

As you’d want from any daily supplement drink, it’s very easy to use. All you have to do is mix one 10g scoop with 250-350ml of water. You can mix it with milk too, but it’s much better with water in my opinion.

Initially, the powder was difficult to mix in with the water. I attempted it with a spoon first of all and it resulted in the powder clumping together and not doing what I wanted. I then switched to a fork to stir it up and it mixed in fine. It took about 30-60 seconds to fully mix to form a smooth mixture ready to drink.

Taste and Texture

Now, let’s talk about the taste.

For me, Longevity Supergreens tastes pretty good. Not unpleasant at all. With 100 ingredients and no artificial sweeteners or ingredients, this could be a hold-your-nose-and-down-it type of drink. But no, the taste was good.

The overriding flavour was a minty lemon. A little plant-like, but overall refreshing, I’d say. There was no nasty after-taste or bitter notes, which you can get with some other shakes and superfood drinks.

The texture was good too. Not too thick and not too thin. It wouldn’t be a chore to take this supergreens stack every day.

It’s worth noting that Longevity Supergreens is great on your stomach. It didn’t cause any stomach discomfort or bloating for me, which can be a common problem with other green powders. The well-measured dosage of digestive enzymes can be thanked for that.

Price and Value

The Longevity Stack Supergreens powder is a cost-effective choice with a competitive price point.

A benefit with Longevity is that there are different-sized options to go for. For example, you can buy a one-off month’s supply to test it out, go for a 3-month supply or even a year. Of course, the bigger the order, the greater the saving you make. The year’s supply offers fantastic value for money, but it does require a bit of an initial outlay.

Compared to AG1, Longevity is less than half the price. You can almost get a 3-month supply, for just one month of AG1. However, as we’ve seen above in the ingredients, AG1 has around double the quantity of supergreens powder, which is what you’re paying for after all.

Who’s Longevity Stack Supergreens Good For?
