It can be pretty difficult to remain focused and productive, especially when when lacking in the nutrients our bodies crave but often lack. This is where nootropics like Hunter Focus can have a significantly positive impact on our daily cognitive function.
Hunter Focus, like all nootropics, is designed to help optimise cognitive function so that you can better unlock your full potential.
In this article, I want to delve a little into the science supporting Hunter Focus and its formula, as well as explore how it can help to enhance focus, improve memory, reduce stress, and boost mood – all things that its makers promise. I’ll specifically make reference to this impact it had on me during my 30 days testing it.
Quick Verdict On Hunter Focus
I regularly use nootropics, reaching always for the top-shelf supplements on the market. Hunter Focus easily goes toe-to-toe with the best of them.
After just a few weeks, I noticed a marked improvement in my ability to concentrate, manage stress, and stay calm even in high-pressure situations.
Your productivity should leap up as you find you’re able to accomplish more throughout the day with increased clarity, focus, and motivation. There are no jitters or energy crashes with it, only long-lasting energy and focus from start to finish.
Hunter Focus is made from high-quality, natural ingredients that have been carefully selected to deliver maximum benefits, and this shows. It’s excellent, truly.
What is Hunter Focus?
Hunter Focus is a nootropic supplement, designed in the main to enhance focus and cognitive function. It aims to increase concentration, improve mental clarity, and boost overall brain health. It is made from completely safe, natural ingredients, all of which enjoy a solid scientific base.
Hunter Focus comes to us from Roar Ambition, one of the top health and wellness companies that distributes their supplements worldwide.
They specialise in bringing to market supplements made with natural ingredients that help to optimise mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. In addition to Hunter Focus, they produce several other market-leading supplements, including the likes of TestoFuel, Hunter Burn, Prime Male, and many more.
One of the standout features of Hunter Focus is its focus on providing clarity in a world filled with distractions. It’s specifically made for anyone looking to perform at their peak. You’ll enjoy an edge to your cognitive and mental wellbeing, excelled productivity, laser-sharp focus, and energy to spare.
Incredibly, this is delivered with all-natural ingredients. I would expect no less of a top-tier nootropic like Hunter Focus, and it delivers admirably. They use completely safe ingredients, all of which enjoy a robust amount of scientific justification underpinning their use.
Everything is transparent, too, which is a must for me – it’s all clearly labelled, with doses of every ingredient clearly stated so that we can be sure of safe yet workable doses.
As its name so clearly suggests, Hunter Focus gives us a powerful advantage of greater focus. However, there is a lot more on offer than focus alone. It also offers mood-enhancing properties and supports other cognitive functions, such as learning and memory retention. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety levels, enhance energy levels, and promote mental clarity.
A pretty life-changing collection of enhancements there.
What are the benefits of taking Hunter Focus?
From what we’ve seen so far, then, we’ve got a bit of a flavour of what Hunter Focus can do for us. But let’s get a little deeper into it – I really want to lay out for you just exactly what you should expect from a good-quality nootropic like this, and how well it delivers on these expectations.
Taking Hunter Focus regularly, longish-term, should give you plenty of benefits, including:
Improved Focus
Increased focus and concentration are crucial for anybody looking to perform well in their daily activities, whether at work, school, or in any other avenue. It’s crucial for anybody looking to live their best life, to their fullest.
As we have seen, Hunter Focus is made with natural ingredients that have all been carefully chosen and blended to enhance focus and concentration, allowing you to be more productive and efficient – and allowing Roar Ambition to come good on Hunter Focus’ name.
For example, Hunter Focus makes great use of Bacopa monnieri, a herb that has been shown to improve attention, memory, and cognitive processing speed. Another ingredient, Lion’s Mane mushroom, is known to stimulate nerve growth and improve cognitive function.
These are just two of the ingredients known for eliciting improved attention – we’ll get into a bit more detail on the full ingredients list below. There is plenty more in the formula that should help bring about the laser-focus you want.
Moreover, Hunter Focus contains other natural ingredients that improve blood flow and oxygen to the brain, providing the brain with the nutrients it needs to function at optimal levels. For instance, it contains ashwagandha, one of my favourite supplement ingredients. It’s a herb that helps to reduce stress and anxiety, which can be a significant barrier to focus and concentration.
By taking Hunter Focus regularly, you should experience a good boost to your cognitive function, allowing you to focus better and work far more efficiently. This can lead to increased productivity and success in your personal and professional life, and to quite a profound leap in your own personal wellbeing.
My Experience: I found even after just a few weeks of taking Hunter Focus that my concentration levels had improved. This could be a placebo effect perhaps, but I genuinely feel like I was ploughing through more work, at a faster rate and with less procrastination – with the benefits being felt after just a few days, and peaking after around 3 weeks.
Enhanced Mood
Hunter Focus is formulated with natural mood-boosting ingredients that not only enhance cognitive function but also contribute to overall wellbeing and emotional balance. These ingredients have been carefully selected for their potential to reduce stress and anxiety, and promote a positive mood.
As we will see in a moment, a lot of the formula’s punch comes from ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to help the body adapt to stress and promote a sense of calmness (more on this below). Ashwagandha has been shown to reduce cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress, and promote a sense of relaxation.
Similarly, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine is included in there for its role in balancing dopamine and norepinephrine, which play a crucial role in regulating mood, stress response, and overall wellbeing.
There are ingredients in there solely included for their ability to combat stress and fatigue. For example, you get a good kick of rhodiola rosea, another adaptogenic herb known for its ability to combat stress and fatigue. It helps to balance stress hormones and enhance cognition while promoting a sense of overall wellbeing.
The combination of these natural mood-boosting ingredients in Hunter Focus can help you to feel calmer and more relaxed. By reducing stress and anxiety, Hunter Focus supports emotional wellbeing incredibly well. And, in turn, this should very ably enhance overall productivity and quality of life.
My Experience: I did feel the benefits of enhanced mood and more specifically a lowering of my stress levels. Again, this is purely anecdotal and I can’t prove that it was Hunter Focus helping me in this regard, but having taken Ashwagandha and L-Tyrosine before and having similar results, I highly expect the link between my improved mood and taking Hunter Focus is genuine.
Better Memory Retention
Hunter Focus is designed not only to enhance focus and mood, but also to support learning and memory retention. It makes use of several natural ingredients that have been shown to improve cognitive function and enhance memory recall.
For example, it comes loaded with phosphatidylserine, a phospholipid known for contributing to brain cell building and maintenance. Phosphatidylserine use has been shown to improve memory and learning capacity by promoting brain cell regeneration and increasing the production of neurotransmitters like acetylcholine, which is essential for learning and memory formation.
Lion’s Mane mushroom and Bacopa monnieri, mentioned above, also come into play here. The former has been shown to enhance cognitive function and improve memory recall, whilst the latter helps to improve memory retention by increasing levels of serotonin and acetylcholine in the brain.
Moreover, Bacopa monnieri has also been associated with improved learning ability by enhancing communication between brain cells.
By taking Hunter Focus, you can expect to experience improved learning and memory retention – this will allow you to retain and recall information far more efficiently, with far less effort. These benefits should have pretty obvious ramifications – they can lead to better academic and professional performance, as well as enhanced personal growth and development.
My Experience: This is a much harder element to assess and one that I really can’t attest to after using Hunter Focus for just a few weeks. But I can say that words were easier to recall and I found it easier to get in to a ‘flow state’ when using this supplement.
Increased Energy Levels
Hunter Focus contains ingredients that can improve energy levels and reduce fatigue. Taking it should promote sustained alertness and focus throughout the day. I’ve always personally found myself drinking far less coffee and feeling far less sluggish when taking it, which is honestly a bit of a godsend.
This largely revolves around caffeine, which makes it really no wonder that I need less coffee when taking Hunter Focus.
Caffeine is the active component of coffee – it’s a natural stimulant that works on the central nervous system, reducing drowsiness and increasing alertness. It has been shown to improve cognitive performance, including memory, attention, and reaction time. Its inclusion here should help you to feel more energized and mentally alert, allowing you to stay focused and productive for longer periods.
However, it’s not all about replacing like for like between coffee and supplements. It isn’t just about the caffeine – there is far more at work, here.
You also get ingredients like l-theanine, an amino acid that is commonly sourced from green tea. It promotes energy, focus, and attention, whilst also promoting relaxation and reducing anxiety levels. This makes it a perfect counterpoint to the caffeine, giving you energy whilst mitigating the jitters and crashes associated with stimulants.
This is far from it, of course – there is plenty in the formula that should help you to maintain sustained, even energy levels, as we’ll see shortly.
My Experience: I definitely felt more energetic and enthused around my work (and my workout routine) when using Hunter Focus. I am a big coffee drinker, and for me to forgo a coffee each afternoon is usually a big deal – it wasn’t when using Hunter Focus. I also found the impact of the caffeine was smoother – likely due to the L-Theanine included in each serving.
Enhanced Brain Health
Hunter Focus goes beyond immediate cognitive benefits – it is designed to support long-term brain health. This is the real reason anybody should be taking this.
Speaking as somebody who’s nan went through Alzheimer’s, I cannot overstate the importance of doing whatever you can to keep your brain young and healthy, warding off age-related and environmental decline.
Hunter Focus is replete with ingredients that help to protect against cognitive decline and promote overall brain function, ensuring optimal mental performance for years to come.
This includes the likes of maritime bark extract, the Bacopa monnieri mentioned above (which is also known for its neuroprotective properties), and Lion’s Mane mushroom, again mentioned above. These are all rich in antioxidants, which should help to fight the kind of oxidative stress and damage that often underpins cognitive ageing, among other things.
Lion’s Mane mushroom actually goes quite a long way in preserving your brain’s youth – it has been shown to stimulate production of nerve growth factors, which can help support the growth, survival, and repair of brain cells. By promoting neuroplasticity, Lion’s Mane mushroom can help to maintain and improve cognitive function over time.
My Experience: I really cannot find any way to judge whether Hunter Focus helped my overall brain health in any way. This would be a costly process and take years to assess. We can look to the clinical studies in many of the literature around the ingredients included and having done so I’m pretty certain that taking Hunter Focus could only be beneficial for long term brain health.
Hunter Focus ingredients
I’ve already mentioned plenty of the big hitters in passing. However, these star ingredients deserve a bit more attention, and they are far from the whole story.
Hunter Focus’ formula contains a combination of ingredients that have been carefully selected to enhance cognitive function, reduce stress, improve mood, and support overall brain health. Each ingredient offers unique benefits and works synergistically with the others to create a powerful nootropic supplement.
I’ve yet to talk about citicoline, which seems like an oversight. It’s one of the most important ingredients in there, dosed at 250mg per serving.
Citicoline has been shown to improve cognition and prevent cognitive decline. Additionally, it may help to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, making it an incredibly smart choice for those looking to support their mental wellbeing – and, if we’re honest, who doesn’t want or need this?
You get good doses of a couple of amino acids in Hunter Focus. These are l-theanine and l-tyrosine, which both do a lot of heavy lifting for your cognitive wellbeing.
L-tyrosine offers several benefits for cognitive performance during stressful situations in particular. By restoring catecholamine levels in the brain, it helps to promote relaxation, improve impulse control, and support better sleep.
L-theanine plays into this with its ability to relax the mind without causing drowsiness. It has been shown to lower blood pressure during times of stress, protect cognition, and improve sleep quality.
Ginkgo biloba comes next. It’s derived from the leaves of the ginkgo tree, and it helps to increase blood flow to the brain, potentially improving cognitive function and reducing cognitive decline. It may also help prevent stress-induced increases in blood pressure and cortisol levels, as well as improving sleep quality.
Then there are the herbs that we’ve already seen, which make the formula really, really pop.
Organic Lion’s Mane mushroom supports cognitive function, particularly in older individuals, and has been shown to reduce anxiety and improve mood. It is great for focus, stress reduction, and overall mental well-being.
Maritime pine bark extract improves cognition, mental performance, attention, and blood flow to the brain. It may be especially helpful for anybody experiencing oxidative stress, making it perfect for keeping your brain young – as above.
Bacopa monnieri, a herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, enhances memory, increases alertness, and reduces cortisol levels. It also shows potential as a treatment for anhedonia, a symptom of depression.
Rhodiola rosea extract is included to reduce fatigue, improve mood, and lower cortisol levels. It has been associated with a range of benefits, including a reduction in stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as improved mental and physical performance.
Ashwagandha root, one of my favourite supplements and a very popular adaptogen, helps to reduce cortisol levels, relieve stress, and support healthy sleep. It may also improve fatigue, anxiety, and mood. It’s particularly useful for men, as it has been linked with optimal natural testosterone output.
I also mentioned phosphatidylserine above. It supports optimal cognition, memory, and attention, whilst also greatly mitigating the effects of stress and fatigue. It offers potential benefits for anybody experiencing cognitive decline, those struggling with symptoms of ADHD, or anybody more generally looking to enhance their focus and attention – which is pretty much anybody who is looking into nootropic use.
We’ve seen caffeine already. This comes in the form of caffeine anhydrous, a particularly bioavailable form of caffeine. As we all know, caffeine is known for its stimulating effects – it enhances wakefulness, mood, and overall energy levels, in large part by binding adenosine throughout the day. It’s also a potent nootropic in its own right, helping with focus and cognition.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine plays into this, reducing fatigue. However, it’s benefits go a bit beyond this – it can help to enhance memory recall whilst also supporting overall brain health. It may also reduce cell damage, lower blood pressure, increase blood flow, and even aid in weight loss. I can think of few nootropic ingredients that are quite so varied and comprehensive in the benefits they offer.
Finally, we need to talk about a couple more botanicals – Spanish sage and panax ginseng.
Spanish sage 4:1 extract, specifically Salvia Lavandulaefolia, has been found to improve memory and cognition. It may also bring benefits to mood, though research on its antidepressant effects is limited to animal studies. Nonetheless, it shows promise as a cognitive enhancer, and is an interesting and potentially very welcome addition to Hunter Focus’ formula.
Meanwhile, panax ginseng 10:1 extract helps to fight symptoms of fatigue, whilst also preventing cognitive decline, alleviating symptoms of stress and anxiety, and bolstering sleep quality.
This is an incredibly robust, comprehensive, and wide-ranging list of ingredients. I can think of few that come close to matching it, though there are a couple other top-tier nootropics that might give Hunter Focus a run for its money.
You get quite a range of benefits, all courtesy of this litany of A-listers – it should help in enhancing cognitive function, reducing stress, improving mood, and supporting overall brain health.
Each ingredient brings its own unique benefits; each works synergistically with everything else to create a powerful nootropic supplement. It’s all incredibly clever, and all incredibly cleverly blended.
Using Hunter Focus
How do you imagine it feels to use Hunter Focus for a few weeks, based on everything above? Well, it delivers on its promises – though, of course, some of the longer-term benefits are hard to judge (I’m not sure, after a few weeks, whether it has helped to slow my brain’s ageing!).
However, the results all go a bit further than you might imagine. This is because it all ties together so nicely. I mentioned synergy above. It’s not a word I like to bandy about too much. However, it’s important that we take it seriously here.
You get the improved focus, energy, memory recall (in particular, I would say), and so forth that you would expect of any good-quality nootropic. This is all great. It’s all stuff that I’ve experienced before – I’m no novice to the world of nootropics. However, it’s the coming together of everything that makes the difference.
All these effects come into play after a couple of weeks. Or, at least, I really noticed it in week three or thereabouts – though, of course, and as always, individual results will always vary.
This is where Hunter Focus’ naming really took on a special significance for me. The focus was intense – it felt like a tying-together of everything else. My cognitive functionality hit another gear altogether. I don’t want to harp on about Bradley Cooper and Limitless… but, you know, the point stands.
This is what sets Hunter Focus apart for me, I think. I hit a flow state every single day as I wrote, had energy to spare for everything else, felt far calmer (I was to meditate far more capably during this time), and just felt… in the zone.
I don’t want to over-describe it. Hopefully I’ve given you a taste of what it feels like to take Hunter Focus. The only thing left is for you to experience it for yourself, which I would heartily recommend you do.
Verdict
Hunter Focus is an absolute diamond, head and shoulders above pretty much all of the competition out there. There are a couple of products that can give it a run for its money – stalwarts like NooCube and Mind Lab Pro, which I personally like to use fairly often – but that’s all they do. They don’t unseat it, shake it, or come close to diminishing it. Because Hunter Focus is at the top of the pack.
I love it. I had a great time using it and wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend it to anyone. Including you. You should go out and try it. It’s smashing.
